Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change! Here’s what you need to know about cancellations:
Customer-Initiated Cancellations
Before Processing: If you wish to cancel your order and it has not yet been processed, simply email us at services@kryln.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll cancel your order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
After Processing: If your order has already been printed, cancellation requests cannot be approved, and the product will follow the usual delivery process.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Once a COD order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. Please ensure you are available to receive the package when it arrives.
Website-Initiated Cancellations
In certain cases, we may have to cancel your order due to unforeseen circumstances. This may include:
- Unavailability of the product in stock.
- Errors in pricing or product information.
- Issues with payment verification.
In such cases:
- We’ll notify you via email regarding the cancellation.
- If the order was prepaid, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
